Clarity prevents conflict. These terms define the structural relationship between TuahWeb Agency and our partners, ensuring a predictable and professional engagement.
We work with you, not just for you. Mutual respect is mandatory.
We retain the right to decline requests that violate ethical standards.
Our partnership is defined strictly by the Scope of Work (SOW) agreed upon in our initial proposal. We operate with precision; any requests falling outside this defined perimeter will be flagged as 'Scope Expansion' and estimated separately. We do not support ambiguity.
Studio time is reserved via a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%). This secures your slot in our production timeline. The remaining balance is due prior to the final deployment or handoff of source code. Late payments may pause production immediately to preserve studio resources.
Upon full settlement of all invoices, you obtain full ownership of the final visual designs, specific content, and frontend interface implementation. TuahWeb retains ownership of underlying reusable code libraries, utility frameworks, and backend architectural patterns used to construct your system.
We believe in structured momentum. Projects include specific 'Feedback Rounds' (typically two per phase). We require consolidated, actionable feedback within 3 business days of a presentation to maintain the project velocity. Indefinite revision cycles are not supported.
We provide a 30-day warranty period post-launch to address any bugs related to the original scope. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party plugin updates, server mismanagement by the client, or external API failures occurring after the handoff.
